The QIS College of Engineering and Technology (QISCET) was selected by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to set up the AICTE-IDEA (Idea Development, Evaluation & Application) Lab.
N. Nageswara Rao, President of the Nidamanuri Education Society, which directs QISCET, said this at a media conference here on Saturday, and said the AICET-IDEA Lab would go a long way in helping students apply science, technology, engineering and math To Encourage (STEM) foundations for enhanced hands-on experience, learning by doing and product visualization.
QISCET was one of 49 colleges in the country, including five in Andhra Pradesh, selected under the AICTE program, added school principal CVSubba Rao.
