According to the YSRCP Secretary General, the Supreme Court’s approval of the “due process” by the Supreme Court in relation to YSRCP MP K. Raghu Ramakrishna Raju is a confirmation of the grave charges brought against him by the CID and advisors ( Public Affairs) Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy.
The CID had indicted Mr. Raju under IPC Section 124 (A) and other IPC Sections of “sedition and incitement to mind and dissatisfaction with the government”.
Mr Ramakrishna Reddy told reporters at party headquarters here on Friday that the Apex Court’s ruling had the following: at first glance, recognized and ratified the content of the FIR.
“The party respects the Apex court ruling by granting Mr. Raju bail but preventing him from speaking to the media or expressing his views on other social media platforms,” he said.
“Everyone knows that what Mr Raju has said is likely to cause dissatisfaction and violence between different communities,” he said.
Although Mr Raju unleashed a shame on Prime Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, he never showed any personal hostility towards the MP, said Mr Ramakrishna Reddy.
“Mr. Raju has crossed the Lakshman Rekha repeatedly, but we have never taken it personally,” he added.
But when he started delivering hate speech and trying to stimulate communities, the CID was under investigation, said Ramakrishna Reddy. The CID took all legally compliant measures, he said.
Ramakrishna Reddy said the MP’s diabolical motives were evident when he insisted on medical treatment in the Ramesh hospitals.
“Self-Flexing Injuries”
“Why would he insist on being examined only at Ramesh Hospital and objecting to the State High Court’s medical committee? The injuries to himself can inflict themselves as Mr. Raju drove from Guntur to Secunderabad in his own car, ”said Mr. Ramakrishna Reddy.
