TDP spokesman NB Sudhakar Reddy has alleged that the incitement to hatred charges brought by AP CID against YSRCP Narsapuram MP K. Raghu Ramakrishna Raju are untenable and weak.
Sudhakar Reddy told the media on Monday that the police did not respect the MP’s democratic rights to express his opinion on the policies of the YSRCP government.
The TDP leader alleged that the Narsapuram MP was wrongly involved in the case.
“Mr. Ramakrishna Raju has been accused of instigating casteism in order to destabilize the government. If that were the case, similar cases should have been brought against Prime Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his cabinet colleagues on the Amaravati and capital issues of the previous TDP administration, ”he said.
Unmasking the alleged violence in the custody of Mr. Ramakrishna Raju in CID custody, Mr. Sudhakar Reddy said: “The Prime Minister had only prompted the witnesses in the motion for bail waiver filed by the MP from Narsapuram against Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy terrorize the court. “
