A full bench of the Supreme Court of Andhra Pradesh, consisting of Chief Justice Arup Kumar Goswami, Judges Joymalya Bagchi and N. Jayasurya, postponed the planned hearing of a series of written petitions calling for AP decentralization and inclusive development of all regions, as well as the CRDA – Repeal Acts have been challenged. 2020 to August 23.
The court was supposed to hold a physical hearing of the cases but postponed them taking into account the difficulty some proponents had raised in attending the court in person due to the coronavirus pandemic.
