Impressed with the services of the Balaji Institute of Surgery, Research and Rehabilitation for the Disabled (BIRRD) in Tirupati during the second wave of COVID-19, a devotee donated ₹ 5 crore to the TTD on Monday.
The devotee, wishing to remain anonymous, presented TTD’s additional executive officer, AV Dharma Reddy, with a draft request for the amount and asked him to use it to set up a laboratory with advanced facilities.
