State government. Fee reimbursement withdrawn for students going abroad, claims TDP

“Not even a single student received an upgrade after the YSRCP came to power.”

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) District Parliamentary Secretary-General Pasarla Prasad has alleged that the YSR Congress Party’s government has withdrawn the TDP government fee reimbursement system in favor of students going abroad for higher education.

Speaking to a media conference here on Friday, he said that not even a single student has extended the performance since it was taken over by the YSRCP government two years ago. He claimed the state government failed to control the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and leave patients to their fate.

The lack of psychological counseling for patients undergoing treatment in COVID hospitals has been responsible for the growing number of suicides in these hospitals. He called for immediate government action to appoint pediatricians in COVID hospitals as the third wave is expected to impact children.

Mr Prasad alleged that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, who claims to work for the welfare of BCs, not only freed up funds for BCs, but also brought wrong lawsuits against BC leaders like Atchannaidu and Kollu Ravindra.
