Fulfillment of promises made in the Manifesto: Jagan

At the start of the YSRCP’s third year of reign, the party central office has seen modest celebrations amid COVID-19 restrictions.

The party’s public affairs advisor and general secretary Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy hoisted the party flag in the party’s office in Tadepalli on Sunday, cut the cake and paid flowers to former Prime Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy.

On Twitter, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said: “The government has fulfilled all promises made in the Manifesto by the grace of God and the blessings of the people.”

Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy said an amount of ₹ 95,528 crore was paid out directly to beneficiaries through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) and another ₹ 37,197 crore through various programs, totaling ₹ 1.31 lakh crore.

“Our government will stand by the people in their troubles, and I will continue to be more passionate than your child, your prime minister, your family member, to make it even better. With the authority given by the people, I will lead the administration for the good of the people and the development of the state, ”tweeted Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Mr. Ramakrishna Reddy later told reporters that the chief minister had met people’s expectations to bring about revolutionary changes in the state.

“The Prime Minister has kept many promises in the past two years. Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy has overcome the financial constraints due to the fork and the COVID-19 pandemic, ”said Mr. Ramakrishna Reddy.

He said the chief minister had set up village secretariats to make all programs available to all beneficiaries within the prescribed time. “Now the whole country is looking at this system,” he said.

The government has introduced programs such as Rythu Bharosa, crop insurance, input subsidies, interest-free loans to farmers and financially support women’s self-help groups, he said.

New medical colleges

“One of the highlights is the restructuring of the education sector. The chief minister will practically lay the foundation for 14 medical colleges in the state on Monday, ”said Ramakrishna Reddy.
