“There will be no shortage of medical oxygen in the city in the coming days as the production capacity of the facility in the AP paper mill will meet the requirements of the hospitals,” said Margani Bharat, MP for Rajamahendravaram on Sunday.

The MP had persuaded the AP Paper Mill authorities to resume oxygen production and to lay a 1km pipeline to the ESI hospital for oxygen supply. “The pipeline has been put into operation and oxygen is being delivered. The test run of the system was successfully carried out on Saturday, ”said the MP.
