Case registered against Chandrababu Naidu

A case against former Prime Minister and TDP National President Nara Chandrababu Naidu at the Arundelpet Police Station in Guntur Municipal Police District was filed under Sections 188, 505 (1), 505 (2), IPC 54, Disaster Management Act 2005 on the basis of a complaint registered by P. Anil Kumar.

According to the complainant, who is also a lawyer, Mr Naidu tried to intimidate people by speaking about it on various media channels the new virus strain “N440K” say it is 15 times more dangerous and its rate of spread is much faster than the normal variants.

The irresponsible and flawed statement and about the new virus strain caused people a lot of agony and pain.

Mr. Anil Kumar stated that the CCMB report stated that the N440K variant is very dangerous the testimony of Mr. Naidu had purposely intended to create panic among the people and his statements in the media were in violation of the provisions of the Civil Protection Act.

Station house official Arundelpet PS D. Naresh Kumar said one case was recorded.
