YSRCP MP from Bapatla N. Suresh has appealed to Lok Sabha spokesman Om Birla to concede MP from Narsapuram, K. Raghu Ramakrishna Raju, for “violating party discipline and making wild allegations against party president and chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.” disqualify.
Speaking to the media here on Wednesday, Mr Suresh alleged that Mr Raghu Ramakrishna Raju had violated party discipline and that, under the Constitution’s Tenth Schedule, strict measures should be taken against him to avoid such cases in the future.
Mr. Suresh said the party would suspend Mr. Raju if the spokesman did not take action.
Mr. Raju had no moral right to speak about the cases against Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy as there were also CBI and ACB cases against him.
Mr Raju had reached out to the TDP and the BJP to request a break from the cases, he alleged.
Mr. Suresh further alleged that Mr. Raju had defrauded banks and that no one could save him from jail.
