TTD to make all Sankeertans in the public domain

The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) are determined to make all Sankeertanas of Haridasa and Annamacharya publicly available, said additional managing director AV Dharma Reddy.

As the main guest of the Vyasaraja Theertha Aaradhanotsavams organized here on Thursday under the auspices of the Dasa Sahitya project in Asthana Mandapam, Reddy said the TTD has already started the publication of over 7,000 sankeertanas written by the holy poet Purandhara Dasa.

It had also started the mission to collect and publish its literary compositions, which should be in the possession of various people and institutions in Karnataka.

For the time being, the compositions would be brought out in Kannada and later published in other South Indian languages ​​and Hindi.

Efforts have also been made to launch the Kannada version of the Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel (SVBC).

Previously, Reddy published the first and second volumes of Dasa Sahitya Sarvasvam together with the Special Officer of the Dasa Sahitya project Ananda Theerthacharya.
