Howrah-Hyderabad special trains soon – The Hindu

Due to public demand, special trains will run between Howrah and Hyderabad.

The 08646 Hyderabad-Howrah Special train departs Hyderabad daily April 16-30 at 8 a.m. and arrives at Visakhapatnam at 9:10 p.m. and departs at 9:30 p.m. to catch Howrah at 2:40 p.m. the next day.

The 08645 Howrah-Hyderabad Special train departs Howrah daily from April 18th to May 2nd at 11.30am. It reaches Visakhapatnam at 3.35 a.m. (early in the morning of the next day) and departs at 3.55 a.m. to reach Hyderabad at 5.30 p.m. the next day.

These trains will stop at Bhadrak, Baitarani Road, Jajpur Keonjhar Road, Dhanmandal, Cuttack, Barang, Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road, Nirakarpur, Kalupara Ghat, Balugaon, Khallikote, Chhatrapur, Brahmapur, Ichchapuram, Sompeta, Palasa, Naupam, Sompeta stations Vizianagaram, Kottavalasa, Simhachalam, Visakhapatnam and Duvvada.

The rake consists of a 2nd AC bus, three 3rd AC buses, 12 sleeping class buses, three second class buses, two second class buses with luggage and a parcel van.

Timings revised

For technical reasons, the departure times of the weekly special train 02869 Visakhapatnam-Chennai Central, which leaves Visakhapatnam on Mondays, will be revised with effect from April 19.

The revised times for the departure of train 02869 in Visakhapatnam would be at 7:00 p.m. (instead of 7:05 p.m.), according to AK Tripathi, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager.

Passengers are asked to write down the changes and act accordingly to avoid any inconvenience. You are asked to strictly adhere to all safety protocols before and during travel following the COVID-19 pandemic.
